The Hermes TX layout TX/HGLRC Hermes 2400.json has this:
"use_backpack": false,
"debug_backpack_baud": 460800,
"debug_backpack_rx": 3,
"debug_backpack_tx": 1
I think this needs to be removed?

100% correct, that one does not have a backpack.

Adds a bunch of targets to the configurator apps as they have been missed or had non-specific generic targets.
