Include Installation & Usage in Readme

[MakeAReadme](https://www.makeareadme.com/) is a great standard that has made many open sourced projects much more accessible. Would strongly recommend we include the standard segments in ours to help ensure that we are treating ourselves well and to make onboarding easier.
