Migrates generic FlowChat card shells and composer anatomy into the independent design system, updates Web UI adapters and consumers, and removes the retired implementations. Rebased onto the current 1.0.0-explore branch with conflicts resolved. Basic validation passed: pnpm run design-system:build and pnpm run build:web. E2E, browser interaction, visual validation, and remote scenarios were not exercised per request.
