注意：“退出 HMCL 后完成更新” 需要下载的目标版本可以识别
--silent参数，否则 HMCL 退出后会打开，无法直接进行测试。移除了 HMCL 的更新提示弹窗，我一直感觉没啥用并且很可能合本 PR 添加的设置打架。
包含 #6174 除包管理器外的功能，后续要做成配置文件可复用相关代码
