From the frontend repo, run this: npm start -- --host
Note: keycloak.mydomain.com:8090 vs. localhost:8090 should be explored further. We use the latter in API tests.

The file store must start with "s3". This is currently hardcoded in the SPA: https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse-frontend/blob/v0.3.2/src/sections/dataset/dataset-files/dataset-upload-files-button/DatasetUploadFilesButton.tsx#L25

What this PR does / why we need it:
We want a developer to be able to spin up the backend in this repo and then make use of that running environment while doing frontend development.

The bulk of what's going on in this PR is setting up Keycloak enough for the SPA to use it.
