Feat: Update layout and add additional indexer resources

Description

• Update basic layout to separate resources by domain (no docs were deleted just separated into Getting Started, Build, Sdk, Integrators, and Resources)
• Added new righthand fixed nav with quick access to important resources (network status, testnet faucet, api docs, and operator/chain portal)
• Added resources tab with most important/requested resources
