Description

Use non-privileged gateway defaults and fetch individual guild members on demand for sponsor-role synchronization.

Normalize linked Discord user identifiers, omit message bodies and attachments from autoban records, and add focused regression coverage and setup documentation.

Mock sponsor data and the guild-role synchronization boundary in the scheduler test so it does not invoke Discord's REST client from the pytest event loop.

Lower-level tests continue to cover on-demand member fetching and HTTP failures directly.
