…orrectly set the grefs already faster by ~15%
- removed error return (1) and refactored hlindex_bulk_insert_begin to use context instead
- Changed all index-tracking and size-tracking variables to size_t
Re-evaluate vector node neighborhoods on the completed graph during OPTIMIZE TABLE
