I'd like to nominate my friend and nixpkgs contributor, @whispersofthedawn, for a nixpkgs commit permissions bit. I've worked with fae for quite a while, and it has always given me high quality and good reviews on my work, both before and during the PR process. They've been a great help in some of my efforts, most notably providing some (sadly private) reviews and assistance with my experiment on bootstrapping OpenJDK from source, as well as helping the security team keep up with patches and package version bumps for packages like golang, libxml2, and more. I think fae are more than deserving of the commit bit.
