Motivation
Keep iOS on the same KMP release as Android before cutting 5.5.7. main is still on 0513bf5; v0.4.0 is fe14ac8.
Testing
Host FileLogStore call sites updated to the v0.4.0 CrashRetention selectors (policy on effectiveWriteTimeMs, keepNames on isWithinCaps). Same change as #1733, pointed at the tagged commit.
