Unify exact real-application demos across public surfaces

Outcome

The homepage, How it works, healthcare, lending, insurance, and dental pages now use one real-application demo system. Each surface preserves the same application selector, demonstration/replay control, media, proof, lifecycle, and evidence-link semantics while defaulting to the most relevant application.

What changed

• Centralize OpenEMR, Frappe Lending, and openIMIS media, proof, metrics, evidence links, and routes in one registry.
• Replace divergent solution and dental footage UIs with the shared ReferenceDemoShowcase and EvidenceMediaPlayer.
• Add the canonical synthetic OpenEMR 8.0.0.3 Standard qualification pack: unbound source recording, exact replay, posters, V2 runtime timeline, complete decoded-frame PTS binding, event-bound contexts, manifest, and inventory.
• Show Guided view only when one exact MP4, digest, dimensions, complete decoded-frame inventory, viewport, timeline, and context set bind. Keep unmodified Raw footage one click away.
• Render target geometry only on its exact decoded frame. Normal time updates no longer clear a valid binding; media changes and seeks invalidate it immediately.
• Drive Resolve → Act → Verify from canonical retained phases, enriching the capsule only with exact event-bound surface/runtime/effect-tier/model/network/effect facts.
• Map exact targets through the displayed video content box and place the capsule away from targets and protected regions, or omit it if no safe corner exists.
• Preserve the dental workflow, local-delivery, and staff-escalation explanation while using the same public insurance reference viewer instead of a separate placeholder footage system.
• Route the pack manifest, inventory, timeline, media binding, and contexts through the first-party JSON evidence viewer.
• Replace the stale dental source-text footage test with shared behavioral route coverage.

Evidence boundary

• OpenEMR: reference qualification on a pinned local synthetic fixture. Three of three fresh Standard-profile runs returned VERIFIED after separately authenticated REST readback agreed with direct SQL and non-target delta audit; observed silent incorrect success was 0/3; model calls were 0.
• Frappe Lending and openIMIS: public application references with their existing independently checked bounded results. Their source-derived GIFs remain unbound and therefore receive no reconstructed overlay or target geometry.
• Recording footage: unbound source evidence with no overlay or outcome claim.

The public pack is byte-identical to the producer-generated v5 artifact. Replay media SHA-256: ef77240aa6ce74d9024c9cd95e8e45b886ea033f097c648b2bc20258f91c18d5.

Validation

• exact presentation verifier: 1/1 (media bytes/hash, 101 decoded PTS values, 65,442 ms final-sample duration, dimensions, timeline, contexts, manifest, and complete inventory)
• producer Chrome terminal gate: crossed terminal VERIFIED, then ended at exactly 65.442 seconds
• npm test: 131/131
• production build: green, 31 pages generated
• focused Cypress: 8/8 across six public routes plus mobile and keyboard/raw-guided behavior
• desktop and 390 px mobile visual review: homepage, healthcare, lending, insurance, and dental
• git diff --check: green
