Remove retired demo presentation path

What changed

• removed the orphaned Clip component and stylesheet
• removed the retired 8 MB /public/how-it-works MockMed/OpenEMR media tree and manifest
• removed the retired manifest from the public JSON artifact allowlist and slogan scan

Why

The homepage, /how-it-works, healthcare, lending, insurance, and dental routes now all render ReferenceDemoShowcase with the shared EvidenceMediaPlayer contract. The old clip renderer and its media were no longer imported or linked by any product surface, but leaving them public made it easy for a later change to revive the inconsistent MockMed presentation path accidentally.

This deliberately preserves the reproducible MockMed benchmark/template references and legitimate Desktop product screenshots. It changes no active demo UI or evidence claim.

Validation

• npm run build (131/131 unit tests, exact presentation verifier, 31-page production build)
• npx cypress run --spec cypress/e2e/reference-demo.cy.js --config baseUrl=http://127.0.0.1:3000 (8/8)
• same focused Cypress spec against https://openadapt.ai (8/8)
• additional local headless audit at 1440×1000 and 390×844 across all six routes: 12/12 for shared controls, evidence links, route-default app, and no horizontal overflow
• autoplay verified for both exact MP4 and GIF modes when motion is allowed; reduced-motion and data-saver preferences continue to pause by design with an explicit Play control
