• replace the lending showcase's legacy GIF path with the exact retained Frappe source recording and Standard VERIFIED replay
• render Guided mode from the same decoded-frame timeline, binding, and context contract used by the other reference applications while preserving the unmodified Raw media
• expose the exact manifest, inventory, presentation timing, and five HALTED qualification-fault summaries through the public JSON evidence viewer
• keep homepage and solution routes on one shared application x evidence-state x Guided/Raw component contract
• pin the methodology link to the runtime commit recorded in the manifest, align visible and accessible mode labels, and distinguish observed application traffic from proven zero off-box transmission

No fault video is fabricated: the pack retained exact media for recording and successful replay only, so qualification faults remain evidence-backed manifest entries.
