增加了 上海交通大学网盘 驱动对应的配置文档

Motivation and Context / 背景

默认没有文档，不知道怎么配置。因此提供纯文字版本的指导，来获取驱动需要的三个配置。
20260901更新：加入了英文i18n支持并修正其他格式
