This allows POST-ing the optional tag_name parameter to the analysis endpoint.

Also a minor cleanup.

@ao-picterra this is useful to surface the same argument to meth.sh. It's useful when iterating on a methodo.

Feel free to challenge this, it isn't absolutely needed.

Ah sorry I got it wrong; it's for our custom run_analyses.py for which we do use the python SDK.
