When I use showTimePicker, the minute and second columns can only scroll from 0 to 59 or vice versa. It is inconvenient if currently 59 value is selected in the minute column, and the user wants to choose 0 value.
It's better if I can scroll from 59 -> 0 immediately like as CupertinoTimePicker
