• add an optional Query Builder page source setting to the Manage Pages dialog
• resolve Query Builder sources from page titles, default queries/ pages, query block labels, block refs, and raw UIDs
• load dynamic Query Builder page results when the switcher opens and dedupe them behind saved bookmarks
