@rocketmodfixadmin is the special user for making all the automated stuff, cause doing automation like PRs via @sunnamed434 (my account), is not looking good, initially all automation was made through my account and seemed like a spam in GitHub feed.
This is the reason why NuGet packages are not updated now.
We're currently investigating what's wrong via GitHub support.
