[Improve] Refine Automations filtering and editing

What changed

• Added category and provider-aware text filtering to the Available automations grid, with compact controls and one-click clearing.
• Split custom and built-in loading presentation so the timezone, two custom rows, and four built-in cards render representative skeletons independently.
• Refined the custom automation editor with a wider dialog, aligned primary selectors, adjacent auto-width model selection, and labeled inline destination details.
• Matched the custom Configure action to built-in automations and improved the custom-row action layout on mobile.

Why this change was made

The Automations page needed faster discovery, clearer loading feedback, and a more compact editing flow that uses space consistently across desktop and mobile.

Impact

Admins can filter built-in automations by category or provider-related text, understand page structure while data loads, and configure custom automations with a cleaner responsive layout.
