The vulnerability was responsibly disclosed and fixed by Nadav Magier.

In vulnerable versions, the issue can be mitigated by lowering the value of the maxPayload option if possible.

Cache hits bypass Worker execution entirely, meaning your Worker is not invoked for cached responses.
