- Add compatibility fallback for ACP session opens with optimistic MCP transports.
- Preserve remote MCP servers while retrying without incompatible stdio servers.
- Configure Kimi to relay stdio MCP optimistically for future compatibility.
- Add shared-session and Kimi adapter regression coverage.
