- Sync provider-level MCP settings across all provider threads.
- Show effective MCP servers as read-only in the composer with clear settings guidance.
- Respect WSL and platform-specific MCP availability.
- Guard session reloads against stale updates and add regression coverage.
- Localize the new provider-settings messaging across supported languages.
- Respect provider-owned MCP configuration and WSL availability in composer UI - Re-resolve MCP launch settings during session recovery and reloads - Prevent state emissions after sessions close and expand regression coverage - Localize provider settings actions across supported languages
