- Add reusable deletion confirmation popovers with “Don’t ask again” support.
- Preserve focus and context-menu positioning across thread and worktree deletion flows.
- Add a desktop setting and searchable preference for confirming thread deletion.
- Protect grouped Done threads and update localized strings and coverage tests.
