Publish refreshed AstroChem benchmarks

This publishes the successful refreshed-stack AstroChem artifact from https://github.com/SciML/SciMLBenchmarks.jl/actions/runs/32770128649. The existing Nelson page and both generated scripts were byte-identical; the changed output is the AstroChem page and three timing plots.

All figure references in both Markdown pages resolve to non-empty files. Scans of the Markdown and scripts found no ERROR:, LoadError:, Test Failed, UndefVarError, MethodError, There was an error, or function-wrapper failure.

I did not rerun the AstroChem benchmark locally; this PR publishes the retained artifact from the successful self-hosted run. No source benchmark, dependency, public API, or generated script is changed.

Superseded by the newer automatic AstroChem publication from SciML/SciMLBenchmarks.jl@b3f39f9, published in ab6924560. The draft artifact came from the older run https://github.com/SciML/SciMLBenchmarks.jl/actions/runs/32770128649, so resolving the conflicts in its favor would regress the hosted output.
