# Throwaway smoke-test marker

This file exists only so that a [DO NOT MERGE] test PR has a diff. It smoke-tests
the codeowner-signoff-verify workflow after #2156 (verifier prompt moved out of
the workflow YAML). The PR that adds this file will be closed without merging.
