iOS proxy support

Hi,

I am trying to make iPhone iOS works with dumbproxy (and password authentication). iOS do indeed support HTTPS proxy.
But Apple made some very strange technical decisions that prevent authentication both in auto and manual mode.

1. If I use PAC file auto-configuration, proxy never picked up. Same if you put https:// address with name and password string in "auto" field that allegedly should work.
2. If I put server name with or without https:// along with 443 port and username / password, access to the internet no longer works, icon "No internet access".

There is no meaningful messages at dumbproxy side as well as very limited IOS logs. I will try to capture requests.

The only way I know to make HTTPS proxy work on iOS is either Shadowrocket or TrustTunnel app. The later is a bit fresh and green and has minor issues, however it makes more sense now because dumbproxy supports TrustTunnel protocol extensions since version 1.42.0.
