Cannot use third party reader with Flatpak on Linux

Steps to replicate:

1. Install Flatpak version of YACReader and open library
2. Set a third party reader in settings
3. Try to open comic and get message "Error opening comic with third party reader"

Notes:
This persists whether third party reader is a command or a path to the binary and regardless of what permissions are set for the flatpak
