Add .idea/AndroidProjectSystem.xml and .idea/runConfigurations.xml to persist Android Gradle project system settings and ignored run configuration producers. Update gradle.properties to enable org.gradle.tooling.parallel=true (for Gradle 9.4+), improving parallel tooling/sync behavior.
