Issue #8595 : Don't show data when moving transforms

Releasing the mouse after moving transforms no longer opens the output-rows window when the pointer comes up on a data badge. A click on the badge still opens the rows, once.

The badge sits on the corner of the transform and part way along a hop, so a drag often ends on it. That release was treated as a click. The rows dialog then ran its own event loop with the drag still active, so the next click moved the transforms again and opened another copy of the rows. Escape was the only way out.
