Verify typed singleton injection and immutable execution-request metadata in parallel parent/child builds. Include a separate Java 8 plugin compiled against Maven 3.6.3 APIs to exercise compatibility access without new API references, reflection, or an explicit Resolver dependency.

A separate Java 8 plugin compiled against Maven 3.6.3 reads the map without new capability types or reflection.
Validation: focused Core ITs, including the existing forced-color regression, passed on modified Maven 3.10. The same legacy plugin also passed absence/fallback checks on unmodified Maven 3.6.3 and 3.9.16.
