Adds Neuronto to the reference implementations page, following the format of the existing entries.

What it is: a hosted federated registry and publisher, open source (Apache-2.0). The points that may make it useful on this page specifically:

  • It implements federation: auto as live concurrent fan-out over the other public registries with reciprocal rank fusion, which as far as we can measure no other hosted implementation does yet (most answer from their own catalogue; WellKnown returns referrals).
  • It passes this repo's conformance suite in both registry and publisher modes with 0 errors and 0 warnings, and the entry includes the exact commands so anyone can re-verify.
  • It carries a tool-level index read from each MCP server's own tools/list (31,000+ verified tools), with reachability and auth requirements recorded per endpoint.

All claims in the section are verifiable against the live endpoints with the commands shown. Related field data filed separately in ards-project/ard-spec#88. Happy to trim, reword or reposition the section however you prefer.

@mindpower thank you for the approval. Heads-up: we force-pushed once to correct the commit's author metadata only. The content is identical to what you approved, same parent and same tree (was 10ef678, now c52f1b4). Sorry for the noise.
