Context\n\nGentleman.Dots has stronger discoverability/diagnostics around setup. Cortex-dotfiles now spans Ghostty, Herdr, Claude/OpenCode, SketchyBar, yabai/skhd, Karabiner, Starship and shell helpers. We need a single diagnostic command for support.\n\n## Goal\n\nAdd a local doctor helper, likely backed by install.sh --check, that reports the current setup health without mutation.\n\n## Checks\n\n- symlinks point to the expected repo\n- required tools exist\n- Herdr config and integrations installed\n- OpenCode/Claude themes exist\n- Ghostty config linked\n- macOS services status where applicable\n- key local env vars are set or intentionally omitted\n\n## Constraint\n\nRead-only by default.
