.accessibilityElement(children: .combine)to theHStackdisplaying the risk warning inInterventionConfirmSheet.swift.🎯 Why: To ensure VoiceOver reads the warning icon and the risk text as a single cohesive statement rather than separate elements, providing better context for screen reader users.
📸 Before/After: Visual presentation is unchanged. VoiceOver now reads the entire warning block together.
♿ Accessibility: Improves VoiceOver experience for critical intervention warnings by grouping the icon and text logically.
