Summary

• The icons keep the same looping motion as the published design, and the card still scales and lifts its icon on hover.

Test plan

• Open /ro and confirm the four feature icons match the Figma homepage.
• Watch the book turn, the arrow bounce, the building shift, and the chart bars rise and fall.
• Hover a card and confirm it scales while the icon grows.
