Summary

Bump libpg-query 18.1.4 → 18.1.5 (upstream fix(scan): size build_scan_json buffer from token text length) in config/versions.json and the 9 package manifests that pin it.

pnpm-lock.yaml was edited surgically (version + integrity for the single libpg-query@18.1.x snapshot and the 9 importer entries) rather than regenerated: any pnpm install (9/10/11/12) rewrites the committed lockfile by ~8k lines even on a clean main, so a regenerate would bury the bump. pnpm@9 install --frozen-lockfile passes with the edited lockfile.

Scoped tests run post-bump: the six new #352 suites (kitchen-sink misc-issue-*, utils constraint-defaults, plpgsql-parser walk-sql-body-errors) plus scripts/invert — all green.
