Summary

• Bump Compass Rust packages, lockfiles, and VS Code extension metadata to 0.3.25.
• Document the 0.3.25 release highlights: larger immutable-history evidence limit, clearer review output, and faster/stronger typed Leiden qualification.
• Keep the pinned semantic producer metadata aligned with the release.
