Prepare the 2.4.0 release: move the Unreleased section to 2.4.0 (2026-08-09) in the changelog and bump the podspec version.

Release contents (from #43 / #44)

• Keep measuring across device rotation and programmatic screen transitions: the toggle stays ON and the new screen is re-scanned (previously measuring silently reset to OFF)
• Fix the launcher button landing off screen after rotating back to portrait
• Accessibility identifiers on ViewMonitor's UI (ViewMonitor.launcher / ViewMonitor.monitorButton / ViewMonitor.infoView) for UI-test automation
• Real-touch XCUITest suites for both example apps, run on CI

After merging

• Tag 2.4.0 on the merge commit (the podspec source points at the version tag)
• Create the GitHub Release with English notes (I can do both on request)
• pod trunk push if publishing to CocoaPods
