added script to run IDEasy from console via maven-exec-plugin

This PR adds a useful script for developers

Implemented changes:

• added exec-ide.sh script for local testing of IDEasy with Java
• usage: ./exec-ide.sh help or ./exec-ide.sh status, etc. so just use the script instead of ide.
