Reverts the redundant 'for fresh installations' additions on select-storage-driver.md, keeping the existing explanation intact as requested in maintainer review.

Please rewrite this around the reader's storage configuration rather than adding "for fresh installations" to each mention of the default. The selection page already explains installation and upgrade behavior at the top; the extra table qualification and parenthesis repeat that explanation awkwardly. Revert those additions. On the OverlayFS page, use a scope note: "This page covers the classic overlay2 storage driver. For the overlayfs snapshotter used by the containerd image store, see containerd image store." The linked page already explains defaults and migration.
