- Moving user guide into product documentation.
- Making a public product doc bundle so that product docs can be created easier in the future.

I think the content changes need to be reverted. The time values are actually configured in millisecond now

| All time values in the **Launch Manager** configuration are specified in **seconds**. When a fraction of a second is required, a **decimal point** must be used. |

I think this is outdated as well. Should be "milliseconds" now.
