improvement of module verification report

This pull request updates the module_verification_report.rst template to improve clarity and guidance for users generating module verification reports. The changes clarify how the template is to be used, provide more detailed instructions, and reorganize explanatory content for better usability.

Template and Documentation Improvements:

• Added a clear description of the verification report's purpose and its relation to the verification plan and work product, making it explicit that the report is auto-generated and covers all module components.
• Expanded the attention section to provide step-by-step instructions on how to adapt the template for a specific module, including which fields to modify.
• Reorganized and clarified the example section, including a more detailed note explaining the example structure and its relation to the verification plan, and indicating which parts can be deleted in real modules.

Content Cleanup:

• Removed redundant or outdated notes and instructions to reduce confusion and improve the flow of the template. [1] [2]
