Adds Agent Gorgon under Hooks and Guardrails.
It fits the list as a maintained open-source, user-space guardrail for running agent process trees: its current v0.2.0 provides a reproducible installed audit-only demo that records deterministic policy verdicts before any active signal is attempted. The entry intentionally does not characterize it as a sandbox or prevention control.
