Sorry for the amount of comments! As you can see, this is tricky because of the many constrains to make it look well together with the existing parts. In general the trick to make it look good would be to make it bigger, covering more hair. And keeping in mind the top-down perspective.

This hat is beautiful, but it has problems with several hair styles. Also it doesn't look like seen from above:
Consider making it bigger and round at the bottom:

I like that this one is more a hair decoration. There is a gray outline that looks odd in dark hairs:
Hat 002 is too similar. Maybe pick one and remove the other? Or add a bowtie (in Spanish: un moño)?

I love it. Consider changing the outline color to the one in other parts:

Also I think that if you move it up 6 pixels it will look better in most hair styles.

Added 5 new hats to townie.tscn. CLOSES #2296
Added the hats as siblings of the hair node.
Added them to the randomizer so they can be randomized correctly.
Tested the randomization in Godot.
