Ability to create connected fixture data from the command line for X data mods. Something like:
--sql-data-mods=X,Y,Z --sql-domain-mods=X,Y,Z --insert-fixture --save-in-file
This will allow ad hoc addition of fixture data if needed for manual testing. The result should show a summary of what has been created/inserted. If save in file is enabled, then the insert queries should be saved in the file as well.
