test: Remove unneeded orchestrion test apps

Removing e2e test apps that are orchestrion variants, as this should now be covered generally.

Remaining test apps with orchestrion in the name to verify for followup:

• node-orchestrion-webpack
• cloudflare-orchestiron-mysql
