Update documentation and docstrings in `CONTRIBUTING.md`

In CONTRIBUTING.md, an issue was identified regarding: Repository lacks a CONTRIBUTING.md guide for open-source collaboration.

1. Current behavior: The codebase currently exhibits Repository lacks a CONTRIBUTING .
2. Expected behavior: The code should execute reliably, validate bounds/inputs, and adhere to repository conventions.
3. Problem justification: Leaving this unaddressed risks unexpected runtime crashes, degraded maintainability, or API contract violations.

@Amrit-raj50 could you refrain from opening AI generated issue descriptions. They don't seem to be very productive in communicating what you're trying to propose. Could you kindly reword the description for clarity?

Sorry @sivaraam , from the next time i will keep this in mind.

The repository currently does not have a CONTRIBUTING.md file. this makes it harder for new contributors to know how to set up the project, run tests, follow code style, and submit pull requests.

i purpose adding CONTRIBUTING.md file.
