The work that has been infringed is the website to the institution. The challenge in itself is that the page infringing doesnt even have a domain its currently using https://dyrstiu.github.io/rehabsite-test/index.html . we've tried to reach out to no avail. He was to present the site for approval but he went awol. Google has been indexing the site thus damaging our visibility as well as the contact details in the fake github website are not accurate
