Side quest extracted: The "Pre-flight check" section — two verification checks (lock file freshness, billing/permissions match) that a learner should run before triggering their first workflow — was a self-contained troubleshooting primer embedded inside the main run-and-watch step. It is now its own optional detour: workshop/side-quest-08-02-preflight-check.md.

Routing changes:

• workshop/08-run-your-workflow.md: the "Pre-flight check" section is now a short summary with an Optional Side Quest callout linking to the new side quest; the main path (triggering and watching the run) is unchanged and still works standalone.
• workshop/side-quest-08-02-preflight-check.md: new file with the full two-check walkthrough (lock file check + recompile commands, billing-path permissions table), ending with a return link back to Run and Watch Your Workflow.
• workshop/README.md: added a new entry under Optional Side Quests for the new file, noting it branches from Step 8.

No agentic workflow frontmatter/YAML snippets were introduced in the new file, so no gh aw compile --validate step was needed.
