fix: keep Proof Lab witness scope honest

The live Proof Lab had a semantic overreach in its strongest demo state: a valid red→green witness was followed by UNIFIED PROOF / VERIFIED / proof ready TRUE.

That presentation is broader than the evidence CounterProof actually has, especially when product-oracle alignment is unknown.

This change:

• replaces the aggregate "unified proof" framing with an evidence-scope framing;
• renders the strongest witness as SUBMITTED JUDGE with product oracle · UNVERIFIED;
• removes generic proof ready TRUE/FALSE language from the witness scenarios;
• updates the scenario takeaways so witness, judge-change, and suite-delta boundaries remain explicit;
• removes the stale SKILLFACTORY footer from the live demo;
• normalizes visible CounterProof branding and aligns the hero/social-preview copy with the README.

No change to the underlying witness classifier or CLI semantics.
