Summary

  • Upgrades to Java 21 and Jakarta EE 10.0
  • Migrates javax.* imports to jakarta.* throughout
  • Updates all module versions to 21.0.0-SNAPSHOT
  • Part of the platform-wide Java 21 / WildFly 32 upgrade spike

Test plan

  • CI build passes
  • All unit tests pass
